Cheltenham and the Cotswolds Wedding Videographer

Wedding films across Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, created with a quiet, unobtrusive approach and the experience I've developed across international commercial productions, preserving the voices, movement and unplanned moments that make each wedding feel like itself.

Cheltenham sits right on the edge of the Cotswolds, and a lot of couples who live in or marry in the town end up celebrating at a venue in the surrounding countryside: barns and manor houses like Cripps Barn in the Coln Valley, Stone Barn near Northleach and Eastington Park's grounds near Stonehouse, buildings and settings built long before anyone thought about where a camera might stand. Stone, timber and open grounds all hold light differently through a day, an afternoon ceremony and an evening reception in the same room can look like two different places, and knowing that in advance changes how I move through the space rather than reacting to it. Guests drift between the ceremony, somewhere outside for drinks, and back in for the reception, and a lot of what makes a film feel true to the day comes from being in the right part of that journey before it happens, not after.

I've returned to Cripps Barn and Eastington Park more than once now, which helps more than people might expect: less time working out how a space moves, more attention on the people in it. None of that means treating a wedding like a production. The couples change, the day changes, and the edit gets shaped around whatever actually happened rather than a fixed template applied on repeat.

A Highlights Film is a concise edit built around the shape and atmosphere of the day rather than a complete record of it. Sam & Tabs at Cripps Barn is a good example of the format. Extended Highlights gives more room to ceremony audio, speeches and the rhythm of the day within a longer edit, as in Faye & Niall's and Sophie & Niall's films.
